Guided by dance leader, Dorayne Breedlove, we’ll move together in gentle, accessible patterns to sacred phrases and mantras drawn from traditions such as Sufism, Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Indigenous wisdom. These dances are a form of embodied prayer, inviting you into a space of inner peace, heart-centered connection, and spiritual awakening.
